3. User Obligations

Keep account credentials secure
4. SMS/Text Messaging Compliance (A2P)
Users must consent to receive SMS messages
You agree to honor opt-out requests (STOP) immediately
SMS messages cannot be unsolicited or spam
5. Payment & Billing
Fees charged per subscription plan
Cancellations via account settings
6. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Max liability: fees paid in last 3 months
7. Termination
Accounts violating Terms may be suspended or terminated
Users may cancel anytime
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States of America.
9. Changes to Terms
Updates posted on the site or in communications are effective immediately. Continued use = acceptance.
